Remote Support Service
As a value-add for our existing domestic customers, Excalibur IT offers a secure remote support service.
With a working Internet Connection, most software-related issues can be resolved remotely. Just give us a call to arrange a time, then click on the Remote Support link at the top of the page to download the app.
Remote support is charged on a time and materials basis at our Standard Business Rates. There is a minimum 30 minute charge for remote support, after which you just pay for the time working on your computer problem.
